  1. Contents of the Master-Disk
  2.  
  3. - The folder MASTER contains the program, the helpfile and a sample STARTUP
  4.   file.
  5.  
  6. - The folder BATCH contains more examples for batchfiles.
  7.  
  8. - The folder TOOLS contains 4 useful programs:
  9.   - MOUSE.TOS resets the mouse if some program has messed it up.
  10.   - DESK.PRG allows you to use accessories from Master.
  11.   - INDEX.TTP allows generating your own HELP files.
  12.     If you want to write a own HELP-file, it should look like the MASTER.HLP
  13.     file (see also in the user manual, appendix A). The source for this program
  14.     can be found in the SOURCE folder.
  15.   - TE is a simple terminal program with a system call interface to Master. This
  16.     program appears with kindly permission of the author Stefan Brueck. The
  17.     documentation is in TE.DOC.

  20. - The folder TUTOR contains the disk tutorial. These files are further examples
  21.   for batchfiles.    [[ They are not translated to english yet. ]]

  23. - The folder SOURCE contains the sample programs from appendix D of the handbook
  24.   and index.c.
  25.   The programs have been developed (like large parts of MASTER) with the
  26.   MEGAMAX-C compiler. The also contained sources for Module-eXtensions have
  27.   been compiled with GNU-C. The files can be compiled with an ANSI-C compiler.

  29. - The folder MODULE contains some Master-Module-eXtensions:
  30.   - POPUP.MMX installs the menu function as described in appendix C.
  31.   - CATCH.MMX is documented in catch.doc and installs a signal handling
  32.     mechanism analoguous to Unix.
  33.   - SCREEN.MMX shows how the module interface may be used to create debugging
  34.     tools (this Module allows setting the screen boundaries).

  37. Atari ST.
